The pickles are delicious!
My refrigerator pickles are delicious, if a little on the salty side. The taste is very much like kim chi. Yum! They were ready in about 3 days.

So I mentioned (below) another pending flyer for WLUW involving a Chinese good-fortune cat. Well, I've gotten nowhere on that yet I kind of need to take a good look at one somewhere before I can really draw one in a leather jacket with studio headphones. Hey, I bet I could have done that yesterday when Eric and I were at the Asian market. Oh well.

It's been a while since I've posted... not that I've had nothing to say or show, but just that I haven't had the time to sit down and do it.

The second flyer was for the show Think Pink, the one I submitted a posted for earlier. Either they didn't like the poster, or it just wasn't what they were looking for... that's fine, the real point of that poster was just for me to make it and show it to someone. Anyway, the folks at Think Pink had a logo created somewhere, and said they wanted a flyer that used the logo and certain text. This came back to me with a request to maybe churn something out that could be used in a few days. So I created this in maybe 1/2 hour, and if anyone in Chicago went to the Reeling Film Festival two weeks ago, they just might have been given one of these puppies.

Rather than reading my blog, which is boring and never gets updated anymore, may I suggest you read my comic, which is at hitchedcomic.com
I am officially no longer a DJ at WLUW. Long story.
However, the Chicago Independent Radio Project will have a webcast soon, and I'll be a part of that. And we can still talk about music... leave me a comment if there's something on your mind.
